FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I'm in Gilbert, Arizona.

I do my best to keep my availability up to date on this website. I don't schedule on Sundays. 

Cancellations that are made before 48 hours of the shoot are subject to a $10 rescheduling fee or a $25 cancellation fee. This fee is because my schedule is limited and moving sessions can result in a missed opportunity for another photoshoot. 

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session results in a $30 fee and cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled photoshoot result in a $50 fee. 

No guarantees can me be made about availability when rescheduling. 

Rescheduling and cancellations must be done directly through contacting me. 

I get your gallery back to you quickly. I don't have a firm deadline as I am my own boss and if I put a rule on it, it just would feel like work and not creative fun. So.. if you need a better estimate then message me and I'll give you a better timeline depending on how many photoshoots I have, baseball schedule, and trips.

If you need to ensure that you have your gallery back within a certain time frame then message me about adding on a rush fee and what that would be based off of when you need them. 

Sessions are paid for when booked. I accept all major credit cards. This allows you to show up to your photoshoot only having to focus on your family and enjoying your time there. 

If you are a returning client and would like to pay a non-refundable deposit to book your spot, and pay the rest a week before your photoshoot then message me to arrange this. If you are a first time client all payment is done upfront. 

All images are retouched when delivered. Additional edit requests can be made within 7 days of your gallery being delivered. Edits start at $10 an image. Edit requests include: blemish removal, teeth whitening, eye whitening, background obstruction removal (such as park trashcans, light poles, parked cars), fly aways removed, etc. Face swaps can be made if in the same lighting. 

Time-consuming intricate edits will require an additional fee. 

Can I edit your body shape? Yes, but it makes me sad to do so. I will do my best to take flattering pictures of all body shapes and think that diversity is beautiful in everybody's appearance. So while I can edit body shapes, I will charge a good chunk to do so. If you are interested in major alterations than I am not the right photographer for you.
